“Great staff and a clean room”

“We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)”

“Coffee was welcome at 6 am when we checked out! We did not try the breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, beds comfortable. We were confused with TV as it looked like they offered lots of streaming platforms. But when we chose Netflix I was required to sign in with my own acct (which I couldn't get to work so no tv for us), But that was minor as we didn’t care about watching tv. Check-in and out was easy even though we arrived early. We’ve stayed here before and will……

“Yes, the unobstructed views from the south side of the hotel are outstanding. The beach view rooms are also very quiet, and the hotel blocks the cold northern winds allowing you to sit out on the lanai in the afternoons. The hotel sits in the middle of six walkable restaurants, and a nice city park is also just a short walk up Surfside Ave. We stayed here in September and again in December and both times the hotel was outstanding in cleanliness and safety. This is certainly a 5 out of five……
