“Very friendly owner who genuinely wanted us to have a good stay. He even took time to greet us when we left to make sure we were happy. Will stay again if we go back to Rockingham. ”

“Check-in was terrific; we arrived early due to family medical emergency and manager arranged early check-in with no issue. Friendly, respectful staff.Property is under renovation, room was clean - no bugs, but had mold/mildew in bathroom, microwave was broken, various repairs needed. This property has only been owned for 2 weeks by current management. Give them grace! They’ll have issues under control soon.”

“DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, Staff says they don’t take online reservations, even though it was paid for, had to ask for a refund and during that process staff was shouting to the Expedia employee, felt unsafe during this incident, had to pay for a different hotel in the next town.”

“We have been renting from Ryan for several weeks now and have thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. The home is very clean and cozy, just as advertised and Ryan has been so nice to work with. I highly recommend this house and host to anyone looking a place to stay in the area.”

“I had the wrong door code. But I was able to reach Ms Bernadine whom was out of town at the time. She was able to let me and my family in from where she was. The house was just as described in a quiet neighborhood. This was my 2nd time there, and next time in the area.This will be our go to home away from home. Thanks again. ”
