"The room, service and stay were excellent! I was not satisfied with the continental breakfast service. Normally, there is a staff member monitoring the food and beverages to make sure food is available 6:00AM - 9:30 AM. Three consecutive days (3-6 October 2025), the food supply and service were terrible. Orange juice, muffins, milk, and waffles were out before 7:30 AM without resupply throughout 9:30AM. "

"My family and I booked this home at the last minute for a wedding we had other accommodations that fell through at the last minute and Bernadette was more than willing to accommodate us. The home is extremely clean and comfortable. My little one loved the lights! Bernadette over communicates which I loved! Shower ran hot and my little one slept like an 12 hour shift was worked lol we loved the no shoes in the house policy the carpet was beyond nice and soft! I didn’t get many pictures just the one showing but it’s all the same as described! If we are ever in NC again we will definitely be booking again! Thank you Bernadette! It shows that you care about what you are doing! "
