It has to give it working cleaning conditions, the sheets and towels clean, have tremendous hygiene, they should close it so that they can fix it, pay for it and I had to bathe in another pool because there was no hygiene. Give the conclusion to the entire hotel.

Running down motel that needs to be sold to someone who can tear it down and build a new Hotel. Great view on upper floors. Nasty, Bugs, and A/C didn't cool the room down. Unable to sleep so I left during the night. Pool need clean but property is so bad it doesn't matter. Waste of my time and money. If Inspectors pass that place then the city is only after money. I will not be back.

Rooms very musty smell, water soaked floor from the air conditioner. Stayed in rm 201 Carpets heavily soiled feet were black from walking on it and carpet coming up in places,little small bugs crawling in the bathroom. No ice machine in the building. Plywood floor in the elevator. Would not recommend needs extreme renovations or torn down. Very sketchy, no parking tags given so anyone could use the parking lot. Easy check in staff was nice. No check out person was available had to put key in drop box this morning.

Beach view great ROACHES EVERYWHERE! I was told I would be receiving a refund by the front office manager, then I had to email the owner pictures and videos of the roaches. Then the owner told me I was getting no refund. HORRIBLE PLACE AND SCAMMERS!!

This place shouldn’t be open or allowed to rent rooms.Roach infested and I go tell the manager and he chuckles and says nothing he can do but offer bug spray.Could not get a refund my wife sleep in the car there was people drunk passed out no deadbolts the fridge didn’t work the door to adjoining room didn’t lock the carpet was nasty bathroom was horrible but the worst the was roaches crawling everywhere and we left next morning and still was charged for three days. I think this place shouldn’t be open be shut down I don’t know how they pass any inspections and Expedia was no help in getting my refund they only say they try and contact the hotel but they don’t I found out that most the other rooms there are held by people who live there and they come off the handicap parking spots for their parking only and my wife is handicap.BIG mistake I hope no one else ever rents a room from Oasis.My four year old grandsons first trip and he had to see that but they didn’t care
