Property was very old and dirty looking. Door on room would not lock and after working on for awhile never offered new room to us. Felt very unsafe due to condition on property and building.

The photos on Expedia are misleading. This property is old and run down. The room was filthy with dog hair all over the beds. The couch was filthy with black dirt on the arms and white stuff on the cushions. Everything is rusting or peeling in the room. The TV an only got one channel - HGTV. The elevator shook and had not been inspected since 2022. The sheets had black marks on them. One pool was drained and not opened. The pools were dirty with sands. Absolutely not as pictured! This is in the older South Myrtle Beach section and it rents to people monthly. Not a good family place to stay.

Terrible experience ever,I travel a lot I know that anything can happen when it comes to hotels or “resort”as they call this place,this place Need to demolish and make a decent place to stay and be able to enjoy and rest,it was such a stressful weekend that o assure you that paying for it is not fun,my rating is 0/10 terrible service ,dirty place everywhere,marijuana smell,pools with dirty water,bedding with stain and strange smells,the worst experience when it comes to resort,that’s when you realize that cheap is expensive because you bitter days of your life that are supposed to be enjoyed!!!!!!people ,read the reviews first before making a reservation that can save you from a bad day or days !!!!!!

*Broken elevator and ice machine - to be on the 5th floor with no elevator was not fun! *No curtains in our room - people from the building across from us, could see right into our room from their balcony and walk-way. *no hook on the back of the bathroom door. It looked like it had been ripped out. *shower curtain rod fell on my daughter. Did not fit and was balancing on the edge of the shower insert ledge. *shower curtain was ripped at every rod ring. *big slide at water park wasn’t working - big reason we chose this hotel. The staff was very nice & friendly tho!

Absolutely our worse experience of any resort in Myrtle Beach. No linen's on bed. Pool wasn't open, water features weren't open. So why did we pay a resort fee? No shower curtain. No TV, direct TV came up, no channels. No phone. No internet. Old and run down room. Damage repair everywhere. I think we were the only ones staying in the resort. Pressure washing exterior, so water was running from floor to floor and into the garage. The resort called us the day we were checking in to advise us that none of the water features would be available. When they knew this ahead of time. I guess they'll rent a room to anyone at any cost. We will never EVER stay at this place again. Absolutely horrible experience.

Should be shutdown, honestly. Falling apart, bad communication. They charged us more than double for the resort fee which was to only be $50, said that they refunded $65 back to my card, gave me a fake receipt and now 5 business days later and no $65 refund. Lied about what the resort offered. Pools were nasty. The pictures are fake and outdated. My husband is in trades and was shocked they could even be charging people to stay with the amount of codes they failed to meet. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

In 30 years of traveling this was the worst room I've ever stayed in. I only stayed one of the two nights I booked. I would've gone somewhere else but it was too late at night and I didn't want to sleep in the car. I had to go buy roach spray at the all night store and I slept with the lights on and had to wear my shoes in the room. In addition to the filth and roaches my room had no hot water. I let the water run for 10 min and still nothing.

This place is not what is described or shown in this picture. It’s worn down, roach infested and smells. No appliances worked, the fridge was old and smelly, the TV was nothing but static. I took pictures!!! The pools were all closed down and had been for awhile. I’ll never go back

This was the worst trip I’ve ever taken with my family. My 4 year old daughter cried cause the pools weren’t open after I called 3 times to check prior to booking. She stated she didn’t like the room, bed or anything at all (her words). Tv barely worked, no air or bathroom vent. She cried the entire first night saying she wants to go home after begging to go to the beach for 1 year straight. Do not recommend this property, we actually are cutting our trip we paid for short and going home because my daughter is begging to do so. Thank you for ruining our family trip and making this the worst memorable experience she’s had. Not kid friendly and room is not as advertised. I’d rather spend more for better then paid this for lies and a wasted 10 hour drive both ways. Save your money and time unless this going to be your last trip here cause it’s definitely ours. I’ve never had my child cry on a vacation and they have ruined her beach vibe. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!!

I did not get the ocean front room I booked. It was old and outdated. Pools were closed and disgusting. Didn’t get to swim. Only the ocean. The balcony was rusty. No central air. The customer service was nice but I won’t stay there again.

Bed sheets and bath towels were clean. No hand soap or shampoo in bathroom. Couldn't lock balcony door. Resort was dark no where near enough lighting, made us feel unsafe. Could not access elevator on our floor and ice machine did not work in our building. Staff was nice but we will not be staying there again.

I booked a room for 6 people The pics online show a different room than what I have. It was one small room with 2 small beds the sofa in the living room was dirty and nasty. There were blood spots and leftover crumbs inside the sofa. No extra sheets or pillows were provided. The building was nasty the elevator was never clean and someone had pee inside and it was a nasty smell. Overall I will never go back or recommend this hotel to no one waste money.
