Las habitaciones están bien para llegar solo a dormir, es muy céntrico porque estás en piazza Garibaldi pero donde se encuentra la propiedad en la parte inferior hay muchos mendigos y gente durmiendo en las aceras

The area around the train station is not very nice, which is not a problem for the hotel to deal with. The hotel is across the street from the train station, which is incredibly convenient. We only stayed one night because we just needed to catch an early train. My wife probably would think twice about the hotel, but I am less demanding and would use it again. I think the hotel is a typical budget hotel. I would not use it if I were traveling with young children. As for safety, all of Italy is very safe and this hotel is safe as well.

Cuidado con hotels.com al reservar
Compre este alojamiemto en Hotels.com en mi camino hacia Napoles. Lo compre para no moverme ya que llegaba a la estacion de buses alrededor de las 9:30 de la noche. Cuando lo compre recibi un correo de Hotels.com que no me preocupara de nada y que ya estaba todo hecho, que no tenía que contactar con el hotel para nada. Me entere momentos después que el hotel había cerrado su check in a las 9:00pm. Por lo que no pude entrar, ni haver el checkin. Eso sí, el cobro si que se me hizo. Por otra parte, contacte con el gerente del hotel y muy amablemente me dio un cuarto en otro lugar para pasar la noche. El cuarto que recibí evidentemente no era acorde al precio que pague. Muy mal por parte de hotels.com y por lo menos el gerente del hotel nos lo solucionó. Aunque debo de decir que deberían de avisar antes de comprar el Cuarto que el checkin no se puede hacer después de las 21hrs.

Muy práctico
Está muy bien ubicado, pero deben saber que como en todos lados, cerca de las estaciones de metro o céntrales hay mucho ruido, suciedad y ambulantes. No es un área muy bonita o segura, pero si esta muy bien comunicado. El hotel está muy bien, no cuentan con restaurante propio ni recepcionista 24/7 pero es práctico. Muy limpio y el personal es muy amable y están dispuestos a ayudar. Si regresaría.

La habitación limpia. Persona recepción agradable y muy servicial sobre todo la chica del turno de tarde. El edificio donde se encuentra el hotel deja mucho que desear y en ninguna foto se ve entrada edificio. Una vez dentro la habitación está limpia y bien.

Buena experiencia
Nos alojamos de apuro por cancelación de los trenes y fuimos gratamente sorprendidos. Moderno y bien cuidado (no dejen que la fachada del edificio los asuste). El personal muy bien predispuesto (Melania incluso nos orientó sobre los servicios de bus). Lo recomiendo.

Did NOT enjoy our stay. Checkin was a serious pain in the ass. Instructions were not sent out prior to arriving. Finding the main door was a pain. No one mentioned having to pay to use the elevator. That would have been good to know. One lousy blanket, no fitted sheet, the top sheet was tucked in to cover the mattress cover. Took me over an hour to get tv to work and the wifi kept cutting out. Did not expect the amount of garbage around the area, I heard parts of Naples could be dirty but didn’t expect that much. Not overly happy with our stay. Thankfully was only one night. Yes it very convenient to have the train station right across the street but was loud. Understandable the noise as it is a very busy area but horns hocking at 3,4 and 5 am. NOT ok The best part was the café Antica Pasticceri, amazing pastries and perfect cappuccino.

Das Personal war in Ordnung und soweit nett. Allerdings war es auf Anhieb nicht zu finden. 3 Etage zwar gibt es einen Fahrstuhl, man sollte für diesen immer 0,20€ parat haben, sonst fährt er nicht. Im Zimmer schien es Anfangs sauber, dass Badezimmer war sehr schmutzig. Toilette defekt und die Dusche sehr verschmutzt.Es gibt keinen Kleiderschrank! Haben nur 1x das Personal bei der Anreise gesehen...dann nie wieder. Es wird gereinigt und Handtücher gewechselt. war dagegen ein esfä

La struttura nel complesso non è male qualche sbavatura tipo cuscini per me un po' alti la tapparella va cambiata la cinghia, però nell'insieme non sono stato male ti lasciano vivere la tua vacanza nella piena libertà di entrare e uscire

Onveilige buurt, waar ontzettend veel mensen continu voor de b&b stonden. Deur ging heel erg moeilijk opslot, en hele nacht door heel veel geluiden; zowel buiten als binnen in het gebouw. Handdoeken waren niet schoon en douche viel half uit elkaar tijdens het douchen

you left like two thieves without even warning.You have booked in the most central area of the city, a few steps from any attraction; you can only find silence and tranquility in the countryside, not in large metropolises.You broke the shower and didn't even tell us.If you find the towels dirty (and they are ironing stains!) just TALK TO THE STAFF.

Stanza idonea e pulita per il soggiorno - positivo avere i codici di ingresso palazzo - b&b - stanza. Per quanto riguarda la posizione del b&B è ottima. Unico neo è la porta del palazzo che non sempre chiudono gli altri proprietari. Manca da parte delle forze dell'ordine un controllo sulle persone che stazionano su piazza garibaldi nelle ore serali.

First, we really love the staff, everybody was very nice and helpfull, and the room was quite good for the price. We had an amazing view on the Vesuve ! But the location next to the train station is a little dangerous, especially during the night. We were a little insecure when we went back at the hotel. We also saw a little cockroach on the bulding, but not inside the appartement. I really believe it's not their fault, it's just the train station district... And some details in the bathroom can be improved, cause we can't close the shower correctly or sit properly on the toilet seat. But for the price, it's correct. All the doors can be open with a digital code so you are free to go in and out as you want. And a very friendly staff !

For a “B&B” not once did I get breakfast, it was never available, so it’s not really a B&B. Staff was helpful for the most part, but was never really there. Every time I went it was an empty desk. The address Travelocity gives you in the confirmation email is also wrong so I lugged my luggage up to the fifth floor only to be told that the address on the paper was incorrect and it was next door. For the price paid, it wasn’t anything special. Close to the train hub so that was a plus, but besides that nothing I would recommend.

Hello, please read carefully what you book before making your complaints.It didn't say anywhere that you were going to have breakfast.And indeed it is not foreseen.It is not our fault that the agency gave you wrong information; our contact details and emails are active every day and we respond super quickly to our customers.Again, it is clearly written that the reception is not open 24 hours (again, read carefully what you book) but despite this I remind very well that we met every morning "and you didn't have much to say ... also we spoke on Whatsapp! We are ALWAYS available for anything!

Fantastic hotel!!! Very reasonably priced, behind 3 locked doors, right next to the train/many bus stations, plenty food and grocery options, and well-kept! We only saw someone at the front desk once and tried to ding the table bell a couple times when we had questions and no one came out. That was the only slight concern we had about the stay… but they were quick to answer the questions over the WhatsApp chat!

Situated in a very dodgy area but convenient to get to the train station. Beds were not very comfortable. Shower as expected got clogged after 5min of using. Might suit for those arriving very late at night and needing to take the train the next morning.

Nice little hotel right across from Napoli Centrale. Lots of places to eat, shopping in the station and quick access to the metro and trains to explore the area. Area can be a little sketchy but we did see a lot of police presence a couple of nights. Nice cafe right outside for a quick breakfast before exploring the area.

you didn't like the breakfast, you pointed it out to us throughout your stay. To accommodate you we have given you many more products but I see that the generosity and courtesy was not appreciated. Ok! See you!

Not worth the cost
The location of the property is not safe around at night. There was no incident with us but the nearby area did not feel safe at night and even nearby shop owner informed us to get back to the room before its late at night. Also, the room was cleaned only once and breakfast was also provided for 2 days ( we stayed for 3 nights and paid for 3 breakfast)

Hello anonymous, I would like to inform that the room is cleaned every day unless it is in total disorder so it is not allowed to touch the personal stuff of the customers. Breakfast is provided in the box every day but if for some reason you have not found it you could tell, it costs us nothing to make it, it takes 1 minute! If nothing has happened, (as it happens to everyone) why dwell on your feeling of "danger"? I remind you that you chose the area so it is not important that you mention it in your review. You also start by saying that "it is not worth the price paid" ... I invite you to look at the rate paid and think about the services offered.

Gentile cliente, grazie per aver lasciato la recensione. La camera è stata pulita ogni giorno, quindi lei cosa intende esattamente? Tra l'altro è stata 1 settimana con noi, capiamo che scrivere la recensione a fine soggiorno possa dare piacere soprattutto quando negativa, ma non sarebbe stato più onesto parlare col desk o l'addetta alle camere? Avremmo sicuramente cercato una soluzione.
