“The condo is on the first level that has two other rentals above it. Which makes for very loud floors/ceilings! Upon arrival, I noticed quickly the floors and corners of the floors were still pretty dirty, and the cleaning wasn’t the greatest job of them…. I did wipe up a few areas just for my own sanity to live for the week. I understand the sand nearby is cumbersome and a “dirty” thing to try and always keep clean. “We loved the huge windows, with the panoramic views of the river and lush hill across the river, so relaxing. Great bike/walk along the river front for coffee and a pastry at Coffee Girl on the pier. Perfectly located on the river downtown Astoria near restaurants, wineries and shops. Great opportunities to hike Ecola State Park trails and across the river in Washington including two light house trails. Host were great, we had ebikes and they came up with a place to store them. Will definitely……
