No indication that the bathroom was not on the same floor as the bedrooms (I wound up sleeping on the couch so I didn't have to risk the stairs in the middle of the night. 3. The neighbors in the adjoining property (possibly the owner's family) were quite noisy.4. “We booked this suite for a weekend event we had in Boston. Boston prices were that weekend, which led us here. The space was clean and comfortable, with an extra small room for my adult son, giving us room to spread out. Parking in the driveway was a bit tricky, we were lucky to be able to park on the street. Communication with the host was excellent. It was an easy drive into Boston. The suite is on the third floor which was no issue for us, but travelers should be aware.”

“Very cozy and ok for our needs as we were in town for a week to move our kid into a studio apt to attend Northeastern this fall so we were mostly just looking for a space to crash at night. Very well priced and situated for that purpose. It is on the 3rd floor, 4th including basement to get to rear parking with no elevator, so make sure you’re aware of that.
