“Great option for long term stay!”

“The location is perfect walking distance to multiple T stops and to most everything you could want to do in Boston. The place was comfortable and nice. Safe. The bathroom could use a deep clean that would be my only critique, soaps were watered down and the shower floor didn't look well scrubbed. Outside of this my husband and I had a wonderful time check in and communication were easy. Would stay again.”

“If you need a place that let's you bring your dog this is it. Great location near parks with easy access to anything you want to do in Boston. However be ready for lots of noise from the upstairs. They have big dogs and little kids so they are a typical energetic young family, but it makes for not a quiet retreat. Also the fridge didn't work, after we ruined all of our food, the manager told us the next day we had to flip a breaker. There isn't a sleeper sofa or futon, just a twin bed in the 2nd……

“The property itself is good and the management team was responsive and first class! The issue is the night club a few doors down and the noise associated with it. We were unable to sleep from 10pm to 3am due to the crowd noise, yelling and loud music and horn blasts that went on Saturday and Sunday night. Monday was the only decent night of rest we could muster. There was no police presence and hearing fights and raised voices made us feel unsafe to venture out to see what was going on. Good……

“The studio was perfect and in a convenient location. Th e host was communicative and check in and check out was clear and easy. The only downside to the stay, which the host has no control over, is that they were tearing up the street directly in front of the unit and it was very loud at times. I would hope for the sake of everyone that the work will be finished soon and everything will be perfect again.”

“Location is good, just bordering a somewhat sketchy part of town. Space was large and layout ok. Some disrepaired baseboards and bathroom. Be sure to calculate full price in considering this property. ”

“This place was such a disappointment. The carpets are filthy, the shower water slows to a trickle every 16 seconds, then comes back ice-cold and then raging hot. The air conditioning units are just swamp coolers taped to the window. The front door lacks a deadbolt, so anyone could simply use a credit card to break into the room or just remove the combo box on the front to get in. The elevator to the building is scary (to say the least), and we weren't the only ones who thought that - we ran……
