“Property locked upon arrival. No communication of any kind re checking in, no email, no return of multiple phone calls at all. I needed to find another hotel and seek a full refund, which was given by Expedia. Terrible travel experience, beware.”
"This was a very bad experience. The room was very unhygienic, especially the bathroom floor seemed to have not been cleaned. We stayed for 3 nights, and the room was not cleaned once. The sound insulation was also very poor. The noise from the vehicles on the road at night seriously affected our rest. We didn't have a good rest. Our family felt very tired, and my son's game condition was not good. In short, I will not stay in this hotel again."
