"The room was very clean but I was given the impression that we would be able to use the balcony. The balcony door was locked and not usable. Staff was nice but they were not upfront about the valet parking daily cost which was about $45 daily. We tried calling the front desk as they said they can reserve an Uber for free cost to the Getty museum but we were on hold for almost an hour. The hotel was nice though and we just wish they were upfront with a lot of stuff beforehand. Due to this we wouldn't go there again."

The room was small, but clean with a teeny tiny bathroom. It was only there to sleep so it suited my needs perfectly. I’m not sure I would stay for a longer period of time. I felt safe as a woman traveling alone. "
