I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"... We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and it's not because they were full, just because they got the information that we wanted a smoking room, while never providing any proof that was the what happened. “Staff were extremely courteous and kind. Briefly spoke with a maintenance guy on the elevator that was really nice and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. The shower was the best! I could’ve stood in the shower for an hour. Excellent water pressure!!! Will definitely stay here again when visiting the area ”
