“Room was clean. My only complaint was that my room was near the door so everytime someone opened the door to the stairs, the banging would wake me up. Really wish they had an elevator. As a senior citizen taking luggage up and down the stairs was a drawback, even though they did ask if I needed help. Would like a first floor option when checking in. Forgot that they did not have an elevator.”

“This was a charming place to stay. The beds were comfortable, the room (Olympus) was creatively and tastefully decorated, parking on the street was convenient, the hosts were co genial and ready to help with any concerns and the breakfast was excellent. I will definitely stay here in the future!”

“Very smooth and friendly check-in process. We booked 3 rooms for the IUP final home game, and it was a great place to stay right next to the arena. Great staff, clean rooms, and will definitely stay here again.”

“My only complaint is that on both nights we were there other guests were VERY noisy after what I would consider a respectable time (10:00 pm). The first night it was little kids in the hall running and screaming with no parents/guardians around. The second it was young adults coming in after partying. They were talking loudly and stomping in the hall. I am trying to not complain as much so I did not go to the front desk even though it was 2-3 am. ”

“Pool was closed due to renovations but that’s okay because we didn’t have time to utilize it anyway. Hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. Staff were more than accommodating…above and beyond for us in a few instances. Breakfast was great and there was access to water, tea, coffee and snacks throughout the day and night. It was a very nice surprise when I came back from being in the cold and wind all day to a hot cup of tea! Will definitely stay there again!!”

“While the room was clean, which is the priority, the hotel was pretty dated in its furnishings. The shower was old and its floor was actually a bit concave, making standing slightly tricky. The complimentary breakfast was worthless. The price, while not cheap, was low. In this case, you get what you pay for.”

“This place is a wonderful place to stay. Room was very clean, staff was friendly, kind and very helpful. Parking was great! Beautiful view of the river from our room was so enjoyable! Very quiet room. We chose not to have any breakfast. We enjoyed the coffee provided in the room. ”

“A nice fresh feeling hotel one block off Main Street in Butler. We were in town for a rugby tournament and loved being able to be close, have a pool, enjoy breakfast, and have a pleasant experience. A spacious room - added a cot - for our little one and everyone was happy to have room to enjoy our stay. Thanks!”
