“During the right time of year, this bungalow is perfect. It was little hot without Air Conditioning in July but, the place is WELL taken care of and the Hosts are great”

“We loved the quiet area. Was close to shopping. Host was very nice. Overall a good place to stay. Close to things to do.”

“Great property. Will use monthly when available.Thank you Ty!”

“Clean rooms and family friendly. Great location and quiet neighborhood. ”

“Horrible. Its suppose to be a duplex but owner has people living behind the advertised property. People are living in vehicles on property”

“We had a pleasant stay. Rental was clean and everything was in working order.”

“Great value for the money. Our group was four senior men in town for baseball. ”

“So my wife and I went down for the mineral springs and to visit with friends. The pool was nice and cool. They even had some free things to eat if it was needed. We invited our friend over to play some board games and they loved how the place was. The added benefit to this place is no special check out procedures so once youre ready to go you can just gather up your stuff and go. Definately will use this again next time we are in the area.”

“It was a quiet place! Nice clean and comfortable inside. The water scenery around the property was beautiful! Tarpon swimming around! Alligators swimming around! 20-30 minutes from Venice beaches! All in all was a great spot for a weekend getaway! And its also pet friendly which is great!”

“Some how, the listing i was looking at and the listing i booked got switched. Most likely my fault, but when I asked the question of the host at the beginning she did not elaborate. Meaning, I asked her if she was associated with the host on the listing, because her name was different from the listing, should have been my first indicator, but thought she was just an associate. When we got to the house, as I said, it was completely different from rhe listing I was looking at. Both houses were in……

“We had a fantastic weekend, the RV was very clean and the host was awesome!”

“My over all rating is a 3.5 pic showed a nice place which it wasn’t bad The cons said working washer and dryer (1)The washer was pouring water out. It must have been a known issue because there was a towel on floor to soak up water. The drawer underneath was full of water (2) BBQ grill in manual said it should be clean It was a charcoal grill still had the old charcoal in it I had to clean it (3) I couldn’t get sliding door to the pool open it was very hard The molding from the sliding door……

“The host was fine. However, the property had some issues. The bathrooms were not ADA compatible. The water system in the shower / tubs was very difficult to manage and obtain warm to hot water. To be honest, I have never seen a system with three knobs. There were no lamps in any of the bedrooms, which seemed rather strange. The ceiling fan did not operate in the back left bedroom. So it was several little things that kept us from being able to give a higher rating.”

“We stayed at the property for 6 nights and really like the cleanliness, fast response from the host and easy communication . Great location and smooth check in and out processes.”
