“We had freezing temperatures in Florida and when i found out this cottage does not have any heat I contacted the host and said we can't stay there with no heat and Pia assured me that an electric fire place was installed and there is a space heater, however the electric fire place does not heat the room and the space heater was miniature so we froze to death all night and were so miserable. Pia did refund us 100. but a full refund would have been more acceptable. Do not stay here when it's cold……

"I stay at the suites (Luxury Condo), which is very comfortable and have more space for us to spend, just like at home, everything seems very good. Good service, only one thing that we are not that happy is the suites building is a bit far away from the main building.
