“Two problems - 1. Check-in was VERY slow. It took the front desk staff 20 minutes to check in each guest. There ALWAYS seemed to be a problem. 2. There is a $40/night resort fee that was not included in the Expedia price and was not properly disclosed. It changed the hotel from a less expensive option to a more expensive one. I would've stayed elsewhere., Also - my room was small noisy and I couldn't make it dark due to a window in the bathroom. There was no desk. My friend's room was……

“隔音很差，隔壁電視跟聊天聲音聽得一清二楚；淋浴間的門會刮傷腳跟；四人房只附兩個漱口杯跟2瓶水；但是飯店地點很方便，床還算舒適，雖然偶爾會遇到枕頭套上有污漬，淋浴間水很小，但整體還算不錯。”

“I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped.”
