“My sister and I got back to our room at Sandals Beachside Revoir, at approximately 4:20 pm on Saturday July 11, 2026 after an all day off property excursion, to the very strong smell of marijuana. We immediately reported the issue to Housekeeping and another member of staff. Housekeeping sent someone who stated she will spray the room to get rid of the odor, I told her I have terribly allergies and she could not do that while I was in the room. Management did absolutely nothing to assist us……

“We just spent 7 nights at Royal Plantation. What a beautiful and special place. The grounds are immaculately kept and there is a great sense of pride from all staff in making the resort feel more like a home away from home. “My stay at Sand and Tan was okay overall. I would like to commend the young bartender (whose name I unfortunately did not get) and the two ladies who worked in the evenings. They were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. However, I was disappointed that a young man who appeared to be part of the maintenance team repeatedly approached me asking for tips, which made me uncomfortable. I also feel the property is overpriced for what it offers. For the rates being charged,……

“The property was beautiful 2 bedroom with spiral stair case. The view is so mesmerizing you are looking over the city. Perfect place to stay right in the center of everything, you can actually walk. The host is very informative about the activities around town. Miss Luna the house keeper was also fabulous such a sweet lady.”

“The room was neat clean, bathroom clean spacious, AC works well. My only problem was the TV,but the workers were very helpful,a big thanks to the young lady that came to assist with my room service she was very patient in regards to help with the TV and also the young man who also assist.and the staff are very caring.i wasn't feeling well in the night and I have to leave in the night ,when I go back to check out the receptionist was very polite and show concern.so again I just want to say thank……
