We just spent 9 nights at Sunset at the Palms, and it was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease. Every interaction felt genuine — warm smiles, thoughtful service, and an attention to detail that never felt forced. It’s clear this is a place where people care about what they do, and it shows in every corner of the experience. The resort itself is beautiful, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed — a perfect balance of relaxed luxury and natural charm. It felt like a real escape: calm, grounding, and restorative in a way that’s hard to find. What says the most is this: we will absolutely be returning. That’s huge for us, because we’ve never committed to visiting the same place twice before. Sunset at the Palms changed that. If you’re looking for a place that feels special, personal, and genuinely memorable — this is it. We’re already looking forward to coming back.

I found the hotel modern and well cared for. Staff was responsive if I had a concern. The a la carte restaurants weren't fabulous quality meals (eg the Seafood linguine was pretty flavourless) but I enjoyed the main buffet and the Chinese buffet.
