"5 minutes before check in i was sent to a different property that i didn't see or agreed to but i had to go because i was getting dropped off with my family. The other property was rundown and smile like its been locked up for months, as soon as we walked in we received damaged furniture, roaches in the bathtub and the ac or hot water didn't work we try to communicate it and the host didn't respond until the day of check out to tell us we will not be getting out security deposit back that we had...

"This hotel at one time was top of the line. The very best. But now it’s old and tired. The hurricane that happened last year did alot of damage and repairs are slow in bringing this property back to its glory days. Little things caught my attention like new matts for the lounge chairs existing ones old and they smelled. Broken lounges, Beach was small and rocky hard to get into ocean to swim. One night of entertainment and literally nothing to for senior adults. Food was good limited variety but good. Rooms were clean and staff friendly and would go out of their way to make you comfortable. Overall I would not recommend this place until improvements have been made. "
