“Air conditioning went out leaking water on floor in room. Took 2 calls and a little too long to clean up. Bathrooms need updating. Restaurants 8/10. Overall very nice”

Additionally, we had requested red stripe, and Diet Coke be brought to our room four times and we never received it. Jacqueline from housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the room clean.”

“My stay at Sand and Tan was okay overall. I would like to commend the young bartender (whose name I unfortunately did not get) and the two ladies who worked in the evenings. They were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. However, I was disappointed that a young man who appeared to be part of the maintenance team repeatedly approached me asking for tips, which made me uncomfortable. “The property was beautiful 2 bedroom with spiral stair case. The view is so mesmerizing you are looking over the city. Perfect place to stay right in the center of everything, you can actually walk. The host is very informative about the activities around town. Miss Luna the house keeper was also fabulous such a sweet lady.”
