“We stayed for 8 nights July 2026! It’s a beautiful resort!! However if anyone has ever seen the movie Get Out that’s how my husband and I felt about most of the staff. It was a weird vibe that I can’t explain. The amenities and inclusive excursions were great! Unfortunately for us, the food taste was disappointing. Our 25 yrs old daughter lost a personal belonging item via housekeeping that was never found. However, I would recommend the resort! My husband and I travel to JA annually and we will……

“The staff was very friendly for the most part however, the breakfast restaurant and bar frequently opened later than the time posted. Additionally, we had requested red stripe, and Diet Coke be brought to our room four times and we never received it. Jacqueline from housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the room clean.”

The grounds are immaculately kept and there is a great sense of pride from all staff in making the resort feel more like a home away from home. “My trip was a 10/10, the manager was very hospitable, and so was the supervisor. This place is hidden gem, and the grounds, with the three leveled pools, and close proximity to the beach were truly amazing. The staff were amazing, and the restaurant on site was great.”

“This a very affordable all inclusive property with amazing amenities and beautiful landscapes. I had an exceptional time staying here solo, then got to mingle with some travelers as well. The activities were fun, food was top notch with variety and accessibility. Only thing I would improve is the drinks, they were making the drinks very weak, lower alcohol content. But overall 10/10, staffs were just above and beyond helpful.”

“My stay at Sand and Tan was okay overall. I would like to commend the young bartender (whose name I unfortunately did not get) and the two ladies who worked in the evenings. They were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. However, I was disappointed that a young man who appeared to be part of the maintenance team repeatedly approached me asking for tips, which made me uncomfortable. I also feel the property is overpriced for what it offers. For the rates being charged,……

“The property was beautiful 2 bedroom with spiral stair case. The view is so mesmerizing you are looking over the city. Perfect place to stay right in the center of everything, you can actually walk. The host is very informative about the activities around town. Miss Luna the house keeper was also fabulous such a sweet lady.”
