“Wonderful vibe”

“I enjoyed my stay here. The place is one of a kind and each room is unique. I was reluctant at first because of the shared bathroom, but I never had issues when I needed to use it. There is also an additional bathroom outside that I didn’t read about or see until my last night. The outdoor hot tub and shower were all placed uniquely in the back of the property amongst nature. The location is super remote and takes some patience trying to find, but you stay here for that reason — off the beaten……

“As we were driving a series of long winding roads to this property we said to ourselves, “this place is going to have to be really nice to be worth the drive.” And it was. The nature sounds were amazing. Eating every meal on the lanai was lovely. The kids fought over who got to sleep on the lanai. It’s close to a beautiful black sands clothing-optional beach, and otherwise there’s not much to do out there. It’s not the best jumping off point for lots of island touring, but it’s the perfect spot……

“A luxurious camping experience with running hot water, electricity, and use of a washer/dryer. Not many places to eat around and the closest "grocery store" is very expensive (12 for a gallon of milk). Make sure you plan ahead and bring mosquito repellent!! ”

“Pros: This is our first time staying at a lodge like this, so close to nature, just like camping. You will hear coqui frog whole night & seeing them jumping next to your door step. Animals free roaming, peacocks, ducks, chicken. Kids loved it. Cons: There is barely any light at night in the Property…so if you come back late, it’s a bit challenging to find your cabin.”

“Each bedroom and bathroom being situated across the living room (one on far left, one on far right) from each other was really nice after traveling with our 2 daughters for a week. It gave us some privacy from each other and a treat to each have our own bathroom. We loved the lanai and 2 separate sets of furniture on it to enjoy the view. We ordered breakfast from the host to be delivered which was a special treat and tasted amazing.”
