“We loved our stay at Three Arch Inn! Although, we only stayed 1 night we had a wonderful time. The view from our room was absolutely perfect! We walked to get dinner across the street & got breakfast/coffee right downstairs. Tunnel Beach is also walking distance & a must!”

“Great place to stay! The room was clean, had everything you needed, and more! The room was also uniquely decorated and felt comfortable and inviting. The innkeeper was very friendly and helpful. Parking was included. They offered a nice selection of coffee, tea, and snacks. Also, it was just a short drive away from Cannon Beach. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!”

“Property was generally clean but smelled musty. Listing price was inaccurate because it did not include mandatory damage insurance. Location on lake is very nice.”

“The only positive about this property was a nice view of the ocean, however our room was at the end and you couldn't see much Our room was not clean. There was someone's pizza box left in the refrigerator, a dryer sheet stuck to the blanket and the sink was stopped up just to name a few problems. It certainly did not rate the higher ratings that I relied on when I booked it. When we went to check out the next morning there was no one in the office to talk with, even though it was after 8.”

“A really great experience although my husband was dismayed to find there was no TV, lol. The room was quaint and the building was like a museum. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. We regret we didn't get to have dinner or breakfast because of our travel plans. We visited a nearby ghost town and a covered bridge while we were in the area. We would love to come back and stay here again.”

“There was no hot water. We came down to Eugene for a concert and our plan was to get ready at the home before the show. To our dismay, we found out there was no hot water and were forced to use a teakettle for warm water. We were in a rush to get to the show so we didn’t get a chance to reach out to the host immediately but did contact them later. I never heard back about our concerns. We spent nearly $400 for a one night stay And we’re very disappointed at the overall appearance of the home……
