It wasn't until we expressed our dissatisfaction that the staff—wearing visibly unhappy expressions—finally handed us the keys to our room. Consequently, just five minutes later, we checked out and left. It truly turned out to be an unpleasant and unlucky day.”

“Chose a room with a spa tub to relax after a day of activities and adventure. Friday night all was great. Then Saturday morning no hot water. Cold icy water made for no shower. “Cozy clean beach front cabin. Location was perfect. Corner room beach view was totally worth it - huge bay windows on almost all sides, kitchen has what u need to prepare your own food (sadly we didnt get to since it was a very quick trip). Wish we had time to stay longer. Manager was welcoming (thank you for the tip on the beach bonfire - made this trip memorable for my kids). Note: this is a bit further from the haystacks but the view of them was still great and we sure got our steps in!”
