"The apartment was specious and well equipped. The location was excellent. Our rating for the apartment is a 10\10. However, the information provided by hotels.com was lacking. There was no information about Wifi or laundry facilities.Fortunately we managed to get hold of a staff member the next day.Very friendly and helpful. We let the management of the hotel know and hopefully they have sorted it out with hotels.com by now."

"The house was very clean. They had a coffee bar. While we only stayed a day, we appreciated being able to walk downtown in 5 minutes.. The host was quick to reply when we had a question. Wished one of the rooms had a larger bed but otherwise very clean and nice."

"Let me start by saying that this is a fun place to stay! We were impressed by the effort to repurpose this historic building and turn it into well equiped apartments, for long or short term rental. However, we had trouble getting in and were unable to receive assistance from the owner at that time. Eventually we figured the system out by ourselves, but it was a little frustrating after a long day's drive. The kitchen was nicely appointed, the bed comfortable and the living room functional. We did not like the window air conditioner in the bedroom; it was too noisy, so we turned it off and had a very peaceful night. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we can highly recommend this unique place!"

"How we loved this lodge!!!The setting is exquisite and with 15 people ages 99years to 5 months;we all had a fabulous time. Michellemet us for check-in and got us situatedwith everything we needed. The lodge is well-furnished with seating inside and out, a pool table, Amazing views of the lake, a pontoon boat, games and puzzles. There is a big screen but nobody had time for that.What can we say to Bill- Thank You for taking a chance on a wonderful old lodge and giving it a second life!! Our entire family thanks you! The Pooles"

"Nice little house, cozy and clean with a well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds and recliners in the living room. Quiet neighborhood close to good restaurants. John was very helpful and responsive, definitely recommend and close to Crater Lake"
