"The location is fantastic and makes this hotel an excellent place to stay. The property was clean, well-maintained, and offered great amenities. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Surrounded by beautiful wooded scenery, the setting feels peaceful and relaxing. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay."

"The property was decent but in need of an overhaul to be considered a true resort experience. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. The grounds were picturesque and well maintained, the lobby was welcoming, and staff were generally friendly and helpful. That said, the restaurant had slow service and food was cafeteria quality at best. The process to access the pool area was clunky and the pool towels were small and cheap. The elevator smelled like a basement. Throughout my time, I kept thinking, "this place is just a few good upgrades away from being a really nice resort." It's just not quite there now."

"The setting in the forest was ideal. My wife and I were in the upstairs unit with a nice deck overlooking the property, chickens, and lots of birds. Although we were told there were peacocks around we never saw them. The only downside was our finding the location off Hwy 97. I had misplaced the email detailing the address which is the number on the mailbox. Other than that our stay was perfect. If you are a train buff "Train Mountain Railroad" is within a mile."

"As soon as we pulled into this place, we loved it. Our two year old daughter took a nap on the lawn in front of our room, probably the best nap of her life not was so peaceful, quiet, relaxing, and truly beautiful. The lake is easy access, we rented a boat one morning and Klamath Lake is huge with lots of wildlife around. The room was clean, cozy, and well kept. The restaurant had good food and desserts, beautiful view of the lake. We’ll definitely be coming back."

"Cabin 3 was as beautiful in person as it was in the pictures. The wifi was not connected but we were able to connect to the TV using my mobile hot spot. It would have been nice to have the deck blown off as there was a lot of tree droppings there, but it's the beginning of the season.The restaurant, bar and deck were stunning. No other guests so the ambiance was lacking and the food was ho hum. Seemed like it might have been made ahead and reheated."
