Klamath Falls Vacations from $1,010

This is not a hotel. I’m guessing it’s an apartment building with some units for rent. We arrived later in the evening. The parking lot seemed unsafe. There were bugs entirely covering the glass doors to enter the building. There was not one person we saw inside the building anywhere. The hallways were dirty. Every door in the hallway had a different lock, most with no number or unit identifiers. Ours was the only one we saw with a keypad entry. There was no deadbolt on the door. The door directly next to our unit had no doorknob (just a hole), it was slightly open with a pale light inside, which was very scary. The whole place was scary and seemed VERY unsafe. The unit itself seemed clean but there were bugs on the bedspread and in the bathroom. The bedroom window had an air conditioner so that there was no bottom window, only paper on each side of the unit. Someone in the building behind us kept banging what seemed like a hammer once every minute or so. We were there all of 15 minutes and I called the Fairfield Inn by Marriot to see if they had a room, although I had already paid for this room. As soon as I booked the new room we left ASAP.

Some repair needed, noisy, door lock system needs some repair

If you book here, you must realize that, though this motel offers numerous advantages, it is a locally-owned, somewhat charming wooded property. It is not, however, the Hilton. The location is ideal—45 minutes from Crater Lake National Park and right next door to a gas station and convenience store (with extremely reasonable prices) which also serves as the check-in desk. Nearby Klamath Falls also offers shopping, restaurants, and a gorgeous lakeside drive. Check-in was easy, the clerk friendly and informative. A huge shoutout to Vince who manned the front desk the second and third days. When we extended our stay beyond just one night, he was able to accommodate our request to stay in the same room. The exterior of the property could have used a little sweeping and tidying up. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed firm enough, though the air conditioner was a little loud. The shower was nice and hot. The TV relied on apps, so one could download personal apps then logout from personal accounts before checking out. We would certainly stay there again. The price was reasonable and the place had a relaxed, quiet vibe.

The restaurant is a disaster, such a nice location and the quality of the food went down since we last visited in 2025. EXPENSIVE JUNK FOOD. We are not coming back until they figure it out.

Very disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel. White stains on the bedskirt, dirty drapes, dirty baseboards in bathroom, weeds throughout front of hotel. Our sink couldn’t drain without manually lifting the drain stopper front under the sink. We skipped breakfast because waffle griddles needed a good cleaning. Staff is all friendly, but only staff wearing name tags indicating they worked there was front counter staff. Other staff members indicated they worked there by saying hello but did not look dressed as though they were coming to work that day. I did let staff know of cleanliness concerns with room. Was not worth what we spent to stay there and will never return.
