The staff are wonderful. The room is very good. The property is almost impossible to find cuz it's so poorly lit! There is no exterior lighting to guide you in to the entrance of the property when it is snowing and dark and you're not familiar with the area! Inside the area the swimming pool is almost impossible to find because there is no lighted signage? We had to go to three different buildings to find out where the pool was in 20° wearing our swimming clothes. And speaking of swimming, there were no towels in the pool area and when we finally got towels they were the cheapest roughest thinnest towels I've ever had The misfortune to use, they were tiny, rough and so thin. They barely absorbed water so after walking in in my swimming clothes I had to walk out wet because your towels were rubbish... The room was lovely. The hotel was lovely. The shower was prison grade! Why on Earth was the shower in a luxury suite 2 ft wide and the shower dam made with rough edges on the tile? The shower curtain was 18 in from the wall. Me and my partner could not shower together in a huge room? The bathroom itself was really big. The shower was at its widest 2 ft. With a usable area of 1 and 1/2 ft and the shower curtain was not attached to the wall. Sufficiently tried to open it and I almost pulled it off the wall, I simply don't understand why the rest of the hotel and rooms wer very nice but the big bathroom had an absolutely terrible, terrible shower??? It really soured the experience.
