“Good price, quiet property. They do state somewhere in their web page that they're no longer a bed and breakfast, it would be better to really put that up front, perhaps take the bed and breakfast sign down from inside the kitchen. It was nice to have tea and coffee, thank you. Surprising, but not totally unusual in this day and age to not see a single person from the property, that all contact was done via notes.”

“We had a really wonderful stay at the Perkins House! My wife and I only spent a night here but the hosts were wonderful. Our stay was comfortable, the room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was great. Restaurants and shops were also an incredibly close walk to the B&B which was a great perk. We would absolutely stay again!”

“The room was very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh waffles, fruit, Danish, muffins, cereal, yogurt, lots to choose from for a free breakfast. The pool was not open but we would not have used it anyway so that did not bother us.”
