“Great experience”

“There was a change of ownership the day before my stay, and i believe there were some reservation system issues. I reserved an ADA-compliant room and was issued a standard. The gentleman at the counter said my room number out loud. That might not seem like an issue, but as a solo female traveler, it creates a safety issue. My room had not been fully cleaned yet (no towels or garbage bag), as i passed the cleaner on the way in (at 7pm, i did not check in early). But it was presentable with clean……

“Everything was fairly clean. Both elevators were broken and we needed to use the stairs. Not the end of the world but would have been nice to know before booking.”

“Clean room. Great front desk service. Best bang for your buck near Saco/OOB. Right on the trolley line that takes you right to the beach. Already planning my next trip back in a few months. Why pay double some where else save your money for more important things and book your stay at the Wagon Wheel.”

“Our first room had ants crawling in it, the second room they assigned to us was not cleaned, and the third room had one bed that looked suspiciously dirty so we bit the bullet and slept in the other bed. Do not recommend this hotel. The walls were dirty and overall was odorous.”

“It is an old Ramada. A little run down but staff was very quick to act when the ac went out. They fixed it right away. The bed was very comfortable and the pool was awesome. I would recommend it.”

“Clean room, sufficiently convenient location outside of Portland proper, and an affordable stay-- but don't expect a breakfast beyond cold cereal, a banana or apple, and questionable coffee.”

“All night I listen to”

“Room wasn't all that clean, pool closed, when showering water smelt, shower handles broken, hard to turn on and off water, you burned yourself, one staff incredibly rude about my kids getting waters for all of us i paid for 3 nights there was four of us 1 water per person so i wasnt able to get a water ...they were getting it for me and my other child. Fridge was freezing all my drinks and food. Remote to TV did not work. You serve breakfast but its always the same nothing different. Will not be……
