when we checked in it was very streamline...however when we walked into our room on the 22nd floor...it was a nightmare...the smell of fresh paint was unbearable, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, the mattress were horrible, the bedding was not right, and there was an unpleasant smell. I called down and they promptly moved us to another room that was more in tune to what my expectation was for the Hyatt. Although they made it right, i was terribly shocked that they would ever considered having ANYONE stay in that room. room 2205

Staff was amazing! So helpful and friendly! Free light breakfast every morning with fresh coffee. Each room was like a little apartment- kitchen, living area, bed, bathroom.
My kids loved the pool. It was very relaxing and enjoyable. There is a picnic area with a roof, tables, grill for guest to use. There is a lounge area in the breakfast location that has computers and comfy chairs with a big screen tv. DVDs are available to borrow from that area and play in your room on the DVD player. My 4 year old loved this!!!
