There were many things done well- room and bed are comfortable and efficient. Host reception was friendly. The shade meant to cover the window was broken and this meant waking way too early. The shuttle at the airport arrived 40 minutes after calling the front desk and waiting in hot sun during a heat wave. When I finally made it to the room a fire alarm was tripped by a rug cleaning crew with hoses all over the front entry- had to grab bags and walk down 8 flights of stairs. Not a great time but most of the staff were decent.

Beautiful boutique-style hotel. Wonderful beds: the mattress, sheets & pillows all top notch, the best. They have a wonderful "Candy Closet" during check-in. Very nice continental style breakfast. Staff are great -- they go above & beyond. Beautiful & unique hotel.
