“This is an old hotel that may had seen better days. The room looked poor. The hotel itself is worn down and you can't even pay for transport to the airport with a card (debit/credit), they only accept cash.”

“The staff was incredible. Rooms are adequate, clean and have a/c. Pool is nice with great view. Breakfast is excellent, tried everything and all is good. Chairs on balcony but not in room. View from balcony is awesome. Noisy outside at night till midnight as bars are close by. Good shower, plenty of hot water. Beds are nice and firm. Very safe area. Sunning area is small but most people are gone during the day plus hot enough that we spent most of time in pool. We are food and beverage,……

“Staying here, you are literally in a Jungle. If you do not like the nature, it's noises and surprises, this resort is not for you. If you are okay with Howler Monkeys waking you up in the middle of the night, a few spiders or Geckos on your ceiling then you will be alright. This resort is absolutely gorgeous. Restaurant food was decent, smoothies were excellent. Only thing I disliked was the cost to taxi to Flores and back every time. 150 GTC each way, some taxi will try charge you 250……

“Beautiful site at edge of lake, great view. Beds were comfortable. A/C worked well- a real comfort on the 100 degree days we were there. Pleasant pool. Staff were pleasant, especially the dining room staff, who worked overtime for our large group with early breakfasts and late dinners. Some of our group had rooms that needed some maintenance, especially with water pressure issue, but water was fine in mine. Anyone with mobility issues should know there is no elevator to the 2nd and 3rd floors.……
