“Room and location were great”

“Nice, spacious clean room. Onsite restaurant for dinner was just ok, breakfast restaurant was good. There's a shuttle to the airport that runs every half hour, so very convenient for flying out of Phoenix airport. Onsite fitness center and pool were nice amenities.”

“Everything was great but I had to cut the stay to one day and I didn’t receive any money back or credit I don’t know if was Expedia or the hotel management But it should be something for us as customers ”

“Very clean rooms and location, interior and exterior. The staff was really kind and informative as it was my first visit to Phoenix AZ. There was 2 Anthonys there, but both of them were super helpful and polite! Its really great to encounter staff that has great customer service! ”

“We were allowed to check in 20 minutes before the official check in time and James was very thorough at the front desk ensuring that we knew where all of the amenities are located on the property, the times of breakfast, and even made sure I knew where the most convenient door and parking lot to park for the shortest distance when coming and going from the hotel. The room was spotless when we first arrived and stocked fully with lotions, soaps, shampoo and linens. Every staff encounter was very……
