The hotel staff was very accommodating and helped us check in a little early as we had spa appointments. The beds were comfortable. The room is spacious. The bathroom products have a slight scent that was very pleasing and not overwhelming. There are numerous places to eat - from grab and go to a fine dining restaurant. We had dinner and breakfast in the new Sports Entertainment restaurant, and both meals were very good. This was great for a "staycation" - spa treatments, meal, bingo and gambling. It was raining so we did not try the pool, but it looked inviting.

How can I start.. we had cockroaches in the bathroom.. our roof leaked (twice) during rainstorms.. we reported both issues to the front desk and asked for assistance.. they sent housekeeping with a towel. The bed on my wife’s side was soaked .. also her laptop on the night stand was wet.. luckily it wasn’t damaged. The biggest issue was Hilton’s staff of indifference.. and lack of problem solving. I guess if you have a choice of where to stay.. skip this place. 1/2 STAR review!
