“The pool was CLOSED! We always choose a hotel with a nice pool for our special needs daughter. We chose this one for that feature and were sorely disappointed that we couldn't use it. “Great location in downtown. Easy walks to Reedy Falls and West End. Very comfortable room, good amenities. Superb host Michelle was helpful and quick to reply.”

“Liked the staff and rooms. My concern is that we saw enough dogs to start a kennel. From start to finish. I know businesses have to embrace a "pet friendly" attitude. To me, it appears the pendulum swung too far the other way. I don't hold anything against this facility because businesses have to follow trends to stay afloat.”
