My wife and I travel frequently and stay at high-end properties around the world, and this was quite simply the best resort we have ever experienced. Every aspect of the property is thoughtfully executed. All five restaurants were outstanding, offering consistently excellent food and service. “Safe, quiet, unique tree house experience! Trails within the property, including night walk are nice! Very friendly and helpful staff. Felipe helped us with various tour reservations (horse riding, chocolate farm, sloth territory) and all went smoothly. ”

“There were very nice and courteous people. I would suggest that they should keep the place better, clean the areas from debris, making repairs from areas were the people are walking and watching the nature. There is an area around the river where there are a lot garbage and old objects that could be thrown away and the area would be cleaned and looked better. ”

“This hotel was absolutely fantastic, one of the best I have ever been too. The room was beautiful, exactly as pictured. We loved not just the in deck hot tub, but the pools as well and the 98 degree pool bar. Pools are open 24 hours and are very warm, so even in the rain it was amazing. The chocolate cake at the bakery was sublime. The staff was absolutely fantastic. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting an absolutely 5* experience.”

“The place is a vegan’s paradise. The food made by Naama and her staff in the kitchen is incredible. The nature trails around are beautiful. You can help by taking some of the hundreds of rescue dogs for walks. All the staff is extremely friendly and hospitable!”
