“We loved our stay here. The grounds of the property are beautiful and interesting with lots of birds and butterflies (note there is some small construction going on at the moment but this didn’t affect us). It was a relaxing and peaceful place for a few days with excellent hiking nearby to the waterfalls and river swimming pools. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the enclosed seating area at the front of each cabin, with fresh coffee provided, was a great place just to sit for a while.……

“Schönes Zelt mitten im Regenwald. Die Anfahrt war allerdings etwas anstrengend. Deshalb sind wir auch beide Tage dort geblieben und haben vor Ort Wanderungen gemacht oder waren am Pool. Der ist klein, aber sehr hübsch angelegt. Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut. Wifi nur im Hauptgebäude. ”

“20 minutes from downtown La Fortuna. Expect to travel about 5km of rough gravel and potholes on a road where locals live. There are signs along the way to keep you on track; I would not stay here without a car. The property grounds were well kept. There were 13 bungalows in a row; not a resort as the name states (no gym,no activities, no spa, one small pool, one small restaurant, no lobby etc). Regardless, I felt safe and secluded enough to enjoy peace and quiet. I strolled the property and saw……
