"Front desk staff were very personable which was impressive,especially younger staff. My husband discivered the ice machine was busted so asked frontdesk if had another option. Directed to the bar and the guy was very accommodating. The only thing I can nitpick about is the front desk girl should iron her blouse to be presentable. Other than that, perfect stay and would have stayed longer if needed."

"This appears to be a property that was a renovated from a older facility. The staff was excellent. They had a grill area outside for cooking your own BBQ which was a great idea. It had a nice fitness center. A good value for the price."

"I stayed here with my partner and we absolutely loved it. I've been wanting to stay at the Black Swan Inn for a couple of years now, and it not only matched but exceeded my expectations. We stayed in the caveman room and it was so well done! My mom and aunt both thought we stayed in a real cave! Oh and it was huge!! The bed was extremely comfortable, I slept like a baby. I especially liked the starry night sky above us as we slept. The complimentary breakfast basket was so cute and appreciated! I can't wait to stay again and try another room!"

"This was a very nice hotel other than their rule of not allowing people to take breakfast out of the breakfast area, even though they already paid to stay at the hotel. It’s not very ideal for people that need to grab breakfast and hit the road if they have things to do during the day."
