They punished us for booking through Expedia by giving us a handicap room we did not require or request it was the first room closest to the lobby and very noisy. The window was broken and they didn’t tell us that so we didn’t find out until 1 in the morning when we tried to close it because we were freezing. When I asked about it the next morning they admitted it was supposed to be closed and they had out a work order in 2 days before my stay so they definitely knew and just said nothing.
