“the room was clean, the staff was friendly and everything was in the room that I needed.
I did pick this hotel as it advertised a gym, however there was no free weights in the gym and only 3 pieces of equipment (maybe 4) so I had to go to a gym in soelden still. I may have stayed in another hotel if I had realised how sparse the gym was. A single bench and some free weights up to 50 lbs would have been adequate to avoid this and would have allowed me to give it more stars.”

“I regularly travel globally for both business and pleasure usually staying at hotels of this class. The Bergresort has the worst service I ever experienced, a complete contrast to the Alpenpark (owned by the same family) where I stayed twice previously. At this level (4 star superior), rude, staff making customers feel unwelcome and ignored is not acceptable. Don't go to this hotel for a relaxing time. ”

“Average. Air conditioning not working in a very warm room. Opening window is noisy as the hotel is next to a busy road. Check in was ok. The gent who served my wife and I didn’t mention the complementary Welcome Card which gives discounts for attractions and free use of public transport. Some marks on the corridor walls where the cleaner’s trolley has been. ”
