“Not somewhere I would stay again”

“Beautiful, seculded hilltop estate with great view and beautiful grounds. Nice pool. Hosts were warm and inviting and dinner of regional cuisine was good. Rooms are large and relatively sparse with minimal amenities, and beware there is no A/C. Breakfast was simple. They produce award winning olive oil available for purchase.”

“I wish I could give six stars rating.”

“For our first visit to Italy, this hotel, Perugia and all at Locanda Stella truly were the kindest most caring people. They took care of us from the start, got to know us and what we liked and preferred and had that ready for us each morning at breakfast. The room was beautiful and clean and super comfortable and the view could not be beat. We fell in love with this hotel and its owners and can not wait to go back. If you are on the fence, don’t be. This place exceeds all expectations!! We will……

“Beautiful views of the countryside. Ample breakfast with lots of choices. Room simple but great value.”

“Very nice and caring hosts. Nice place, easy nice short walk into the old town.”

“Struttura molto bella e ben tenuta, personale gentilissimo. Buona colazione e posizione strategica tra Assisi e Perugia.”

“The hotel is like a hidden gem. Exterior looks a bit ordinary but everything inside is of very high standard. The room is spacious and well decorated with modern and well equipped bathroom. Location can’t be better. It’s one minutes walk to bus terminal for our day trips to nearby towns. And it’s right next to the escalator leading to the historical center of the city. Service is excellent. Andrea at the recent is just excellent. He is so helpful and friendly ”

“Great boutique hotel in central location. Staff supper friendly and the rooms were great”

“Tolles Hotel in einem historischen Gebäude. Super ruhige und sichere Lage mit tollen Ausblick von der Terrasse am Restaurant. Sehr nettes Personal. Wir kommen gerne wieder..”

“Excellent service and all the staff is very nice ”

“Amazing spot! Much better than the pictures. Amazing food, quiet and relaxing place.”

“è stato un ottimo soggiorno con camere molto comode e spaziose, la pulizia è molto buona, la colazione è più che sufficiente, unico neo è che di sera non è abbastanza illuminato e l'insegna non è molto visibile”

“generalmente tutto buono, camera pulita, personale accogliente , buon ristorante”

“the hotel is great with staff good in English. room is clean, quiet n comfortable. one has to compromise these with the distance from centre (1/2h walk n bus is not frequent).”

“All was excellent, was suprised that had to pay additional fee for chairs and umbrella on beach!”

“環境清幽風景極佳的家庭式住宿適合來此享受純放鬆的度假生活”
