“We were in Jacksonville for a family wedding and this property was the perfect spot for us to relax before and after the wedding. We had a blast and loved the private beach. The house was well equipped with beach chairs, paddle boards, umbrellas, towels, etc. Lots of places for everyone to relax and to enjoy this beautiful home.”

“A well appointed Ponte Vedra Beach rental a stone’s throw from the beach. This condo offered privacy, screened patio, very comfortable bed, and nice bathroom and dressing area with good storage. Condo also had colorful beach decor and plenty of items needed for our time at the beach. The kitchen/laundry appliances were excellent. It was well stocked with dishes, pans, utensils and small appliances. All soaps, paper towels and small items needed for kitchen use were plentiful. Instructions for TV……

Windy an cold, she sat inside at the patio doors and slept and ate with a perfect view. Milder days she sat in the screened porch or got a little sun on the south deck.
