The room and also the details of this Hotel are amazingly nice. But.....they only have an AC in 5 or 6 rooms, and even those are mediocre. Meaning, they tell you it can cool down to 19 degrees, but in reality it is more like 22-23 degrees. Our first night was really bad, it was warm outside and we could not sleep at all. So we upgraded to this AC room, and yes it was a bit better, but it was not great. However, the hotel itself is beautiful, so we are really frustrated to write this review, but I won't lie about it. They also have some interesting 'electrical' choices. And the shower floor is risky, when you are going after your wife you really watch out not to slip and fall as it is super slippery.

We travel a lot but we have never seen such a nice staff anywhere. Shayan is a sweetheart and extremely nice and helpful. My son was sick and one of staff went out of her way to make kitchen make a soup for him. You don’t see these kind of stuff often. Thank you to all the staff.!
