“The location was okay. The pics online were not like what we got. I actually cancelled original reservation at another hotel after noticing the price dropped on this one and the reviews were higher. Felt carfished and very misled. Staff were cordial but a bit standoffish. Our room was very small and the mattresses I would grade a D at best. There was molded macaroni and cheese under the bed on the frame of the bed, the TV was hanging sideways on the wall and the elevator stopped working less……

“The hotel is very close to scenic spots, making it convenient to visit places like Ruby Falls. As it is a pet-friendly hotel, the hygiene conditions may not be maintained. During our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage in the afternoon for a long time, which greatly affected our accommodation experience. When booking the room, the hotel indicated the availability of electric vehicle charging stations, but upon arrival, we found that there were none. The hotel breakfast was very good.The……

“I would not recommend this place at all. The staff was very disrespectful and the cancel my booking. When I got to the hotel later than expected because my flight was delayed they told me that my room was cancelled even I had already paid it and never call me to inform.”
