“We paid $200 for a $50 room. Room was dated. Needs fresh paint in bathroom. Everything was poor quality including the very low toilet. Lousy breakfast. Won’t be going back.”

“The room was clean and spacious with all expected amenities. We were only in need of a one-night stay but loved the property and hope to be back in the area for a longer stay sometime!”

“Beds were comfortable. The room had a refrigerator and microwave but no freezer so couldn’t refreeze ice packs for food in coolers. Maid came to spruce up room while we were out, picked up wet towel but left wet washcloth in shower where I left it. Carpet frayed by door and bathroom had black on floor trim. The usb outlets in light didn’t work. ‘Quality’ inn, not so much. Outside clean, plenty parking and by a Western Sizzling which was excellent.”

“It was very cleanand well stocked, the property owners were very nice and helpful, and the place is in a great location close to everything we wanted to do! Definitely recommend if you need a place in the area!”

“There was no parking other than valet, but it's located next to a pay lot. They let me park in the garage anyway since there were so few patrons - I stayed after they had only been open 2 days. That's the only reason I gave 4 stars vs 5 for the staff as a few people didn't have answers to some basic questions. I did run into the Chief Engineer as well as the Sales Director and both were beyond friendly, professional and interested in nothing but my quality of stay & how to improve the hotel. The……

“This is a wonderful bed and breakfast. Staff is always friendly and the rooms are always clean. We stay here every year to at Christmas time to see the lights at Rock City. The breakfast is always good and so are the afternoon snacks. ”

“The Cleaner of the year is very strong like perfume could be changed. They could also have the mini fridges with freezers on top for people who work around there and would like to freeze the packs to keep their food cool Coffee is OK. Having a good decent. Breakfast is great to start the day.”

“A great hotel for overnight for a budget! We stay 4 of us for 70 bucks, including breakfast . Super close to Ruby Falls and other gems of Chattanooga. Its a little bit old than modern, but super clean. Location is amazing! More than worth it for this price. Staing second time during the road trip from Florida to Chicago( almost half way). Highly recommend! ”

“There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING I can say good about this place. They have let it run down. Water stains in the ceiling tiles. Staff not friendly at all. Can barely understand them because they don’t speak English. They have zero amenities. Parking is limited and not good if you are hauling anything. Television gets 1 station only. ”
