Emerald Hotel, Lisbon, Curio Collection was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. Situated right in the vibrant heart of the historic Chiado district, the location could not have been more perfect for exploring the city's finest restaurants, shops, and iconic landmarks. The hotel itself seamlessly blends modern luxury with authentic Portuguese charm, creating a sophisticated yet incredibly welcoming atmosphere. Our room was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and provided a peaceful oasis after long days of sightseeing.What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the outstanding service. Carolina, Diana, and Annabella went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, offering fantastic local recommendations and genuine hospitality that made us feel right at home. The breakfast was another highlight, featuring a delicious variety of fresh, high-quality options. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and look forward to returning on our next trip to Lisbon.
