“Check in was super easy. The apartment had everything we needed. Nice touch to have some coffee, soap, toilet paper, etc. Everything was functioning properly , location was in a cute neighborhood. Great stay!”

Always hard to find a property that has separate beds for two teens - this has that and the bonus was they even had their own rooms! Clean appartment with easy street parking. good local resturants nearby. Easy to get to each of the 4 colleges we visited. Mgt was incredibly responsive and ensured we had what we needed. Definately will stay again.”

“The property is in a great location central to many sites and walk-able if you enjoy longer walks. The house feels lived making it comfortable. The age and history is another cool factor. I would stay there again. ”

The owner was very fast in responding to my questions, and the condo was well-appointed with soap and shower items, ample towels, and kitchen necessities. We got a lot of steps in each day, and the condo is within a five-minute walk from a subway station, microbrewery, doughnut/ pizza shop, and multiple restaurants. We had a great overall experience! ”

Quiet neighborhood close to public transportation made it easy to access the city and Fenway Park. We had a small hiccup with the front door entry code, but the host was very responsive and super helpful. We would definitely stay again!”

“Great location! My husband grew up outside Boston and commuted for college. At 75 he finally had the “ living in the city experience.” So close to the Common and T. We took advantage of the Senior Charlie Card and got around like locals. Shopping just outside our building! Highly recommend!”

“Solid place in a great neighborhood. Not a bad location to be walking distance from Fenway and the Symphony Hall. ”

“This property is everything you hope you walk into in a rental! Hosts were welcoming, accommodating and easy to correspond with. The penthouse is beautifully furnished, SUPER clean and very well stocked. The hosts offered helpful recommendations and guidance during our Boston stay. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and all of the linens are high quality and well cared for. The property includes the most gorgeous rooftop views of the South end. Sue provided clear instructions for parking……

“The location was outstanding offering easy access to all attractions and public transportation, all while being situated on a quiet street. The host was the best I've ever encountered-extremely responsive and attentive to all our needs. I was concerned about parking since we drove in, but the garage was only 2 blocks away and secure. Dropping off luggage first at the house was no problem. Would stay here again and recommend.”

“The property is walking distance to Fenway.. We did not have any issues with noise. The metro is right in fornt of the house (also very convenient for getting around Boston) but the noise is minimal and after the first few nights it simply became background noise. Having the grocery H-Mart store less than a block away was very convenient. A large variety of eateries both very close to very walk-able. Hosts were very receptive and responded quickly to any questions we had. ”

This pace was perfect.Cheryl, the property manager, was extremely responsive for any property questions I had during my stay which is much appreciated.I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.”
