South Boston is a great place to base yourself because of the proximity to the heart of the City while maintaining its own identity and neighborhood feel. South Boston is easily accessible by public transportation with subway and bus stops only minutes from the apartment. Only 15 minute cab ride to/from Logan Airport. 20 minute walk to Boston Convention Center!! Short walk to Downtown/Financial District, Seaport District and other area amenities. Very comfortable, modern unit. Lots of natural light. Granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances; Master Bedroom with queen size Temperpedic mattress. Nicely appointed living room with large flat screen TV offering steaming services such as Sling TV and Netflix. Property Sleeps 4 to 6 guests via two bedrooms and optional sofa bed. This property exceeded all our expectations! The space was incredibly well-stocked with everything we could possibly need. The washer and dryer were a lifesaver for us—coming off a cruise and staying a few extra days in Boston, being able to do laundry was invaluable.The location couldn't be better. We were within easy reach of grocery stores, numerous dining options, and downtown Boston. Uber rides were very reasonably priced for all our outings, making it simple to explore the city.The host clearly put thought into every detail, and it made our stay seamless and comfortable. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

We enjoyed our stay, the apartment was nice, and the neighborhood felt very safe. What really stood out was the fantastic location – we were within walking distance of several great restaurants and a subway station, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city without driving everywhere. There were lots of stairs, the apt is on the 3rd floor and out door entry only.

Wonderful stay! Well appointed and extremely comfortable condo. Beautiful light streaming in from the many windows. Clean and everything you would need for your stay in Boston. Quiet neighborhood! We slept with the windows open a bit and weren't bothered by any annoying city noises. Just be sure you are aware this is on the top 3rd floor with no elevator. Thank you for sharing your property.

Great property, great location

We were in town for an event at the convention center (BCEC) and this is a short walk from there. Clean property, everything we needed and Gary was easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend!

This place was great. The location was spot on. Businesses were close by. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint. Only down side was the planes that flew over head, but that was a minor detail. I would stay here again.

great location

We came to Boston for a long weekend to cheer on a family member running the Boston Marathon. This location is close to the airport and close to downtown - easy Uber availability and short ride to different dinner spots in the city. Gary was very helpful with recommendations in the area and gave us very clear check in directions. Great time - thank you!

Terrific Place

All four adults loved the place! Reasonable location and rate for exploring Boston. Very comfortable, safe, and room for all of us--including our car. Even had a TV for late night March Madness! A must for at least one of us! :) Though we never met Gary, he was the perfect host--very informative and staying in contact before, during, and after! Just a reminder for those with physical limitations--it is three flights up.

We love Boston!

Our stay in Boston was fantastic! Gary was an excellent host and a great guide for things to do and where to eat. His home was very inviting with a wonderful eclectic decor. Boston Family Vacation

The condo was exactly as described, clean, comfortable beds, within walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store. We stayed 2 nights while touring Boston with our kids. Gary was responsive and had clear directions on use of the home and how to check out. We had a great time! Definitely would stay here again!
