“Staff couldn't be more helpful, even an upgrade to ensure we had a double bed as opposed to 2 singles pushed together. The Hotel is tired windows dont close, therefore the traffic noise was too loud to sleep and constantly being woken up by car horns beeping from 4 in the morning ”

“Overall nice place with all the basic stuff in good order. I found the check in process a bit cold and unwelcoming. One of the lights didn’t work but they were on it quick! They have a nice roof top restaurant with good food and cocktails. Their rooms and breakfast was pretty nice as well. Not too found of the busy location. Overall a good hotel and I would stay here again.”

“Fantastic property. Everything walking distance from there. Super friendly and very knowledgeable staff. The GM takes personal interest in the guests. He spent lot of time with us showing us where to go etc. Defintely plan to go back here.”

“We had the most perfect stay at “Le petit palais”. Great boutique hotel located in the beautiful “rue Suffren” in the French quarter. The staff was amazing and friendly, especially with our 2 young children. We will come back for sure!”
