Overall experience is good. But I might try different place next time. Pros: Staff is helpful and for the most part they addressed the concerns I had. Several restaurants and good food and service. Good pools/ services. Beach gear and services are good. Room service is good. Cons: There is bad smell in public water, rooms and buildings ' hallway. In the room we were provided with dehumidifier to reduce humidity and smell, it did make a difference. But the smell in public water can't be solved. There is noise from equipment on building roof that oscaionally runs, it soulds like helicopter flying over the building. So it affects rooms on the top floors. At least in the building I stayed in. Got held at the lobby by the staff at the lobbies exist for not having the checkout slip for the whole family, because of an error of the front desk where kept waiting not able to leave until that got cleared, luckily I was able few minutes to wait before heading to airport.

It is not a luxury hotel, the bathrooms in the rooms are not very good, beer only 1 type 2X there is no other option, some food options around the pool when you ask they said that there was no more, in the buffet you almost had to beg for a steak, they served a lot of hamburgers, etc. The reception was a little slow to solve problems, there were endless lines. everything for children, the water park, the play area is for children over 4 years and 12 years old, My 3 year old son didn't have access to almost anything, I think the hotel had a lot of details and you pay a lot to have a good time and there are times when it's not worth it, my husband got very frustrated. I enjoy the pool, the ice cream area, good coffee in the lobby area, nice views from the rooms, and very good restaurants ( we love the Italian and the steakhouse), and the pizza next to the water park was very good. The spa was awesome and we received good attention from the people of Expedia and the waiters in the buffet, steakhouse etc. Problem with Mexico in general, both at the airport and at the hotel they are people who want to schedule talks to sell you something (membership etc) that makes you waste time on your vacation, you have to be very careful because sometimes they deceive you, they should be more respectful of our time and they should Be more direct and sincere.

The restaurant’s were very good. The staff and service was also very good. We loved all the shows and activities. We had reservations for pickle ball multiple days and the fitness team would just let people walk up and play. They seemed confused. Overall a very good resort and our family would definitely recommend it!

Amazing vacation spot for families. Not good for honeymoon or romance, but definitely great if you have kids. Food isn't great, but the amenities more than makeup for it.

This property lacks custom service and ADA accommodations. My husband cut his toe pretty bad at the pool on one of the white filters that run along the edge of the pool. Medical came to assist because his bleeding was out of control but they bandaged his toe. My husband was unable to walk and they had to take him to the room in a wheelchair. When I called and asked guest services (Krystal) if they can provide us with a wheelchair or crutches so my husband can get around the property for dinner, they said they did not have one to loan and I had to rent one. That was ridiculous !!! I asked for them to at least have someone pick up my husband in a wheelchair to take us to our dinner reservation. I had to fight with them for a while until they are agreed to do that. After our dinner, we asked the waiter to call them back so they can take us back to the room. After waiting 30 minutes, we left and my husband limped back to the room. By the time we got to the hotel room, my husbands foot was swollen and his toe was profusely bleeding again. Good thing it was our last night there so my husband didn’t have to hop around for the rest of our vacation. The water park is great, lacks activities for kids around the pool area and they need music playing at the pools. And to say the least, customer service was horrible. And For that reason , I will not recommend to anyone or return.

The property was very beautiful. Staff in the check in area, buffet and drink were very courteous. The staff in the spa were rude and during checkin we were given vouchers to use at the spa and when we get to the spa they did not validate the offers.

The room was great and very clean. The pools are excellent and lots for the kids to do. No early check inn possible so don’t get your hopes up when they tell you we may get you in sooner. On arrival they try to sell you all types of stuff and they were very pushy to the point that it ruined my first day. When dinning outside of buffet service was good. When dinning inside of buffet and when at pool side service was very poor. Overall I would rate this resort 7/10.

Very nice place. The only negative would be the drinks at the pool bars were not good. Room was very nice and clean. All staff were very friendly and attentive.

I just completed my stay from June 3 -7, 2024. I have been to a few resorts, but never to one where there’s no one at the beach. The water was so dirty and everyone stayed in the pools. The food at the buffet was so horrible, but the Steakhouse was great. They shut down the pools at 7pm which is beyond crazy to me because the sun is still out. The staff was excellent in all areas for me. There were several areas in the building that smelled like sewage and it was so awful. No night time entertainment for adults after hours. Most resorts have a dance floor with DJ, but this one was hit and miss and most kids. I do not recommend this place at all.
