The property is beautiful. The staff worked hard but the hotel was understaffed which led to slow service at times. The food at the buffet was only average.

I went for a family union. Everyone room was nice and smell great! Only my Room was smell like someone puked. I brought it to management. They refused to change my room. Didn’t believe what I said. ( why should I want to change my room while I waited for 4 hours to get my room—- I needed a rest. Omg). They send a manager follow me to the room. We all smell it but she said she didn’t smelled anything. I was told to wait for availability but i refused. They finally changed my room but the others room also smell like mold and humid. I too tired to at the time and I must accept it because it better than the first. Terrible, customer services. Terrible experience. Never coming back, i recommend the Hilton all inclusive.

Housekeeping needs improvement. There was no garbage bag or container in the room for garbage. Two days garbage wasnt removed or cups/glasses replaced. Rokm service is poor. Placed an order that took 2 hours to get to my room. Amenities such as ice cream and pizza shop closes early.

The resort is beautiful and so many great attractions and shows for both kids and adults. Food was good. The only downside was that I booked two beds for our family of 4 but ended up in a room with a king bed and a very uncomfortable sofa which made each night sleep dreadful. Staff was amazing especially Kenny from Taj, Jairo from hunters and Andres from zen. Jonathan from Expedia has made the booking of our reservations a breeze and surprised my parents with balloons in their room for their anniversary. I would highly recommend this resort!

The check in process was very long but Kayla made the experience a positive one for us. She was the most accommodating and kind staff at the resort. We came with high expectations based on the reviews and previous experiences at other resorts in Cancun. We had 2-3 negative experiences at the buffet from wait staff - specifically with one who snapped at my 8yo son who asked what was on the drink menu. My son was embarrassed and on the verge of tears - he ended up skipping his dinner that day. We saved up all year for this trip and was disappointed with our experience and lack of customer service. We are mindful of how hard these employees work and am generous with tips and make sure we show/express our gratitude. Besides this, we had a bad leak in our room and someone came to patch it up. You can smell the water damage. We will not return and plan to visit other resorts in Cancun in the future.

Estuve hospedado por 7 noches y fue una excelente experiencia, el hotel esta muy bonito, el area de albercas está muy grande, los restaurantes de especialidad son muy buenos y la atención de todo el personal es sobresaliente, en general todo está muy bien. Sólo 2 cosas a considerar, la ubicación del hotel no permite usar transporte público, tiene que ser taxi y el costo es muy elevado, 65 dólares para ir a Cancún y la otra es que el agua del mar no se parece en nada al agua transparente de la zona hotelera de Cancún y desgraciadamente en verano el sargazo esta presente por lo cual no es posible meterse al mar.

The resort is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The food options from the buffet to the specialty restaurants were awesome. The service throughout the resort was prompt, friendly and thorough. I'd like to give a special shoutout to Janette our Bolybed server for 3 days who was incredible and so friendly and sweet. We will definitely return.

We had a blast at Royalton Splash Rivera Cancun!!! We are actually on the plane right now going back home and already miss this amazing resort and the whole team, including restaurant and buffet workers, waiters especially Beatriz, she was great and the service was fast and excellent. Beatriz is very friendly and kind and we really appreciate her for everything!! Special thanks to Omar from the Vibe team!! Omar was wonderful, so much fun to be around. My daughter enjoyed playing beach volleyball with Omar and we did the dance class in the pool with Omar. He is such an amazing dancer!! Keep up the great work that you do to entertain everyone! Kudos to the entire Vibe team!!! We spent 7 days with my family and everyone had such a great time, the night time shows are top notch, fabulous experience!! The resort is beautiful, well maintained and organized. Our room was perfect, couldn't ask for anything more. Food was delicious, so many choices, we really enjoyed the food at the Gourmet Marche, Rio, the Cave and Zen Tepanyaki. I don't remember all names of wonderful staff and chefs. We really enjoyed the pools and the beach. There was always something fun to do like fitness class, foam party, music trivia. We really enjoyed our stay at Royalton Splash!! And the song is super catchy, my both daughters know the lyrics already!! Thank you for awesome vacation!!!

We are a family of four stayed in Royalton Splash for 5 days. We all loved this all inclusive resorts and hope the review below helpful to those of you considering it for your Cancun vacation Property and room conditions This resort is pretty new and they keep everywhere clean and nice. Omar was our house keeper, our diamond club room was spotlessly clean. The room is same as you see in photos, modern style , well air conditioned and lighted. Lobby, restaurants, spa and gym are all in great design and decor. The hallways can be more artist decor in my opinion but no big deal. Diamond club I saw some bipolar opinions on diamond club upgrade. Its totally worth it and makes a whole different experience if you ask me. Our butlers Dulce and Jesus were fantastic, they helped us to book our dinners at specialty restaurants , provided us the activities run down every morning. Diamond club also gave us the access to some pool areas which is less crowded and better served. Upon arrival, they will welcome you at their diamond club lounge, you can enjoy drinks and food when they process your check in. Otherwise you will be waiting in lines in the lobby. It also included a hydraulic spa experience during our stay (not sure if that's a seasonal promotion though). Me and my wife enjoyed it. Food and drinks Similar to what you have in mid level cruise ships. We went to different restaurants each night so we didn't feel bored.

El hotel necesita mantenimiento en ciertas áreas, la comida es de muy baja calidad. El personal ofrece un buen servicio, pero es muy lento todo debido a que tienen poco personal en áreas de alimentos . El check in tardas muchísimo debido a que a fuerza te quieren vender sus membresías del hotel, es bastante molesto la insistencia para tomar sus pláticas para la venta de membresías. Para niños tienen buenas cosas para que la pasen bien como el waterpark, boliche, trampolines .

Poner menos hielo a las bebidas porque se aguan muy rapido. Sugiero po er el hielo triturado y menos cantidad. De lo contrario solo se puede tomar solo un poquito y se vota casi todo porque esta aguado. Muy agradecida de la atencion del sr. Eduardo de expidia muy profesional y super atento.
